William Binney, who worked as an analyst for the NSA at the time, created the basis for automating signals intelligence analysis. William Binney left the NSA in 2001 in protest over the adoption of mass-surveillance and resulting failures by the agency.  He will talk about the main challenges for European business-leaders and especially on the growing problem of digitally-enabled industrial espionage that is costing Europe about 200 billion euro per year in lost economic opportunities
